In a letter, Flossie (Yocham) Wallace described the picture, thusly, " The picture of my family was taken at Peel, Arkansas. My Dad built the house. At the back was our kitchen and an "L" porch and one of the front rooms was a living room. The one we called a back room where Neva, my sister, and I were married was in the back. The other room was where my Grandma [Mary Fee] Chappelle passed away. The home was located in the White River Valley of Marion County, Arkansas. The home was taken by eminent domain in 1948 when land was acquired by the government for building the Bull Shoals Dam.
