- Tommie Sue Robinson, 74, of Bastrop, LA, was born August 29, 1937 near Bastrop to the late Sarah "Sadie" Sanders White and John Larkin White and died Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. A member of the Graceminister Presbyterian Church in Monroe, LA, and the Order of the Eastern Star, Sunny South Chapter #12, she lived for many years in Hamburg. Survivors include her husband of 28 years, Mack Robinson of Bastrop; two sons, Johnny Foster and wife Kathy of White Hall and Joe Foster and wife Lisa of Hamburg; four granddaughters, Seleta Foster, Becky Foster, Taylor McCain, and Emma Grace Foster; two grandsons, Joseph Evan Foster and Easton Foster; and a great-grandson, Justin Larkin Foster. She is also survived by two special friends and step-daughters, Donnice Marie Turnbow and Beltha Faye Martin; numerous step-children, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Jimmy Foster; her first husband, Howard Foster; a sister, Mary Ann Dean; and six brothers, Joseph White, Jack White, Walter White, Robert White, Jesse White, and Sydney White. Memorial services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 26, in the chapel of Cox Funeral Home with the Reverend Philip Faris officiating. Private family committal services will be at a later date at the Mount Pleasant Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to Shriners' Children's Hospital.
