Harlan, they executed a Trust Deed with Bank of Gainesville and Trustee J. C. Harlan for $4,722.48. Default occurred after Joseph Homer died in 1931. This deed provides for the sale of the real estate at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, at the Courthouse in Gainesville, Ozark Co, Missouri on June 10, 1933. A. L. Wallace [I believe this to be the son of Joseph's nephew, Arthur Lonnie Wallace, son of David Oliver Wallace] was the high bidder of $50.00 and the sale was executed as part of this deed.
